Laura Mckinnis, APNP is owner and provider at Oasis Healthcare. With 15 years ER experience Laura offers expertise in acute illnesses and injury. After years of hospital based emergency medicine, Laura chose to provide care directly to patients in an effort to bring clinical expertise and convenience together.
Children and women’s health are a particular joy. We focus on urgent care that is convenient for busy families. We know how hard it is to juggle life and we want provide care that is easily accessible.
Since 2020, Oasis had been providing access to healthcare for all individuals, regardless of income. We offer insurance, flat rates, and clinic subscription plans to make healthcare accessible for everyone.

It is a privilege to serve patients and their families. I have been practicing in emergency medicine and urgent care for several years which has provided me with a background of varied experience at several locations in Wisconsin. I find it a joy to problem solve with and listen to my patients to help address their healthcare needs and concerns.

LC Wellness is owned and founded by Laura Cocos, RN, a dedicated wellness expert with over 20 years of experience in health promotion—fitness, nutrition, and nursing. Laura brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to every service she offers—from Botox and IV hydration to microneedling and lifestyle coaching. Her mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered in every stage of life.
She is the lead aesthetic provider at Oasis Healthcare providing excellent procedural care including micro needling, IV hydration, anti-wrinkle injections, skin peels and more.
Angela, RN
Nurse Manager
Angela is RN and Nurse Manager at Oasis Healthcare. She has prior experience in hospice care, emergency medicine, and urgent care. She has been with Oasis Healthcare since the beginning. She is an invaluable part of the team and runs the show! She is the Nurse Manager and COO as well as great friend to have. She has a love for tiny, special needs pups and is always running to keep up with kids, work, and life.
Tom, RN
Tom has been with Oasis since the very beginning. He has worked as a EMT and is now a RN in Emergency Medicine. He helps Oasis Healthcare in all capacities including nursing, business support, and the occasional remodel. He has a penchant for meteorology and loves a good sunny day on the golf course.
Adam, EMT
Adam is a graduate from St Thomas University with a bachelor degree in Biology. He is studying to become a licensed EMT and preparing for future work in the healthcare field. He has a particular talent for research, business, and painting.
